father is in error.

She had a first cousin Philippe Denis Duperron, who was conseiller de Moudon, as of 22 nov 1749 (Pierre Chollet, notary at Moudon).
It is possible she was the Agathe Dutoit who was the wife of Jean Pierre Decrevel (or possibly DeCorvet, married 20 apr 1719). This couple baptised a daughter Jeanne Marie 15 dec 1720 at Moudon.

A reconnaissance in the terrier ACV Fn 343, for property subject to the Château de Moudon, concerns Aymé filz de feuz Jeremoz Duthey, tisseran et bourgeois de Mouldon (fol. 27v, 04 jun 1591), in the course of which his wife is identified as Françoise Limat. The same terrier (fol. 73, same date) has a reconnaissance for Anthoine filz de feuz Jeremoz Duthey tisserant et bourgeois de Mouldon.
A testament recorded by Benoit Giraudet, notary at Moudon, 13 mar 1647, must pertain to a later Aimé. The earliest Aimé, who apparently died before 1621, appears to be the originator of the Dutoits of Neyruz. There is so far no direct proof that the Aimé who was the son of Hieronime Dutoit was the same Aimé who settled at Neyruz, but we know that the Aimé at Neyruz was still alive 12 jan 1617 when he is noted owing a debt, secured by his brother Antoine Dutoit the elder. This debt had been recorded by the notary also bearing the name Antoine Dutoit, who was thus not Antoine "the elder".
There is also a possibility that we have conflated two men named Aimé Dutoit, possibly father and son or perhaps uncle and nephew, because there is a "lods" from 1617-1626 (?) regarding a donation to François Duthoict from his uncle the late Aimé Duthoict (ACV Fn 336, fol. 27), for property subject to the charitable hospital of Moudon. This relationship is echoed in a reconnaissance by "Aymé Dutoict bourgeoys de Mouldon, faicte par François Dutoict son nepveu et heritier", dated 18 feb 1626 (Fn 353, fol. 702v), and likely another in the same volume, for Françoise, widow of Aimé Dutoict bourgeoys de Mouldon, 11 sep 1621 (Fn 353, fol. 19v). These texts suggest that François, evidently the only heir of the first Aimé, was in fact his nephew, and not his son.
It is likely that François was the "universal" or "residual" heir of Aimé, and not simply the subject of a specific bequest. The term "heritier", unless further qualified, generally refers to a "universal" or "residual" heir. François made a reconnaissance (Fn 353, fol. 702v) for the entire list of properties subject to the charitable hospital of Moudon that were originally intended to be recognized by Aimé, and no other heirs of Aimé are noted in the terriers, except for a small property recognized by his widow (fol. 19v), which was probably the security for her dowry (in Latin, assignatio dotis). Likewise, the parents of François probably had died, and he had no siblings, otherwise we would expect to find them mentioned in the terriers. However, there should be more to the story, for if François were the only surviving child of Jaques and Bastiennaz, he very likely inherited some estate from them, even if only a very small one. A large number of terriers from the district of Moudon still need to be searched.

Son of Philippe, presumably Philippe the cloutier. There is some evidence that he spent time in Geneva, as marriage contracts for two of his children are found there. Further, he served in the Regiment of L'Isle-Marais (British) in Piedmont with his brother Jaques Daniel, in 1695. Marriage contract 14 jan 1697, Daniel Antoine Jossevel notary, names brothers-in-law J. Curchod minister at Syens, Philippe Tacheron (who had been identified as his guardian in 1695), Jaques Crausaz, and Jacob Jossevel. By 1734 he is identified as Lt. des Milices de Moudon (Daniel Antoine Jossevel, notary at Moudon).
He exchanged various property with Denis Besançon, Commis des Péages, in a document recorded by Isaac Dutoit, notary at Moudon, 26 jun 1706. The document notes that Albert Dutoit had an interest in a parcel from the heirs of the late councillor Daniel Nicod (son of Jean Nicod), but the nature of this interest has not been worked out. Albert's grandmother was Sara Nicod, daughter of an earlier Daniel Nicod (dit Arnaud).
