This implies at least that Anthoni was held in high regard, and likely that he performed some function for the town.

Her baptism at Nods names as sponsors, among others, Catherine Deilkaess femme d'Antoine Dubach sautier de Niederstock, and Elisabeth Zurmulli femme de Hans Dubach aussi de Niederstock. It also notes that her parents were at that time "vachers de Chasseralles".
The "sautier" Anthoine Dubach is certainly the other Anthoni Dubach of Niederstocken, "Weibel" and "Obmann", whose wife was Katharina Theilkis, Theilhäs or Theilbäs (the script is difficult, and seemingly inconsistent). There is a modern Theilkäs family at Niederstocken. The sponsor Hans Dubach is probably the schoolmaster Hans Dubach whose wife was Elsbet Stubhaar or Straubhaar (the latter name is found in modern records at Niederstocken). The serious discrepancies in the spelling suggest that the pastor at Nods did not have a clear understanding of the names.

She is named as the wife of Egrège Daniel Dubochet of Sales at the baptism of their son Gabriel on 12 sep 1668. A settlement or donation recorded 02 dec 1680 (Jean Puenzieux, notary, ACV DS 88/8) reveals that she was the sister (presumably, half-sister) of Gabriel Puenzieux of Clarens, who at that time, after the death of her husband, was acting as guardian for her and her children. Gabriel was still acting as guardian as late as 28 oct 1683 (Jean Puenzieux, notary, ACV DS 88/9).
An Anthoinaz Dubochet was the daughter and one of the heirs of Vincent Dubochet of Chailly, banneret, whose testament is in the Dubochet papers at the ACV (PP 785/83, dated 08 mar 1662. This Vincent had married as his second wife Jeanne, the widow Favre. His first wife was Vincendaz Butticaz. By 1664, the guardian of this Anthoinaz was Jean Pilliod, and it is confirmed that Vincendaz was her mother (PP 785/90). We can rule out this Anthoinaz, since she dictated her last wishes and died early in February, 1668 (PP 785/98).
