By 07 nov 1676 (Jean Puenzieux, notary, ACV DS 88/7), his wife was apparently Jeanne Dubochet, whose "uncle" was Abel Mayor the elder (but this Abel would also be the uncle of the present Pierre). Abel had married Catherine Dubochet, perhaps Jeanne's aunt? However, another transaction recorded 17 sep 1671 by the same notary (DS 88/4) says that the mother of the Pierre whose wife was Jeanne Dubochet was Susanne Blanc. Were there two men called Jaques Mayor, each with a son Pierre?
