It is possible that she was a sister of Jeanne Vuichoud, daughter of Jean, wife first of Pierre Aubort and then of Gamaliel Dufour (nephew of Adam). Both Adam and Gamaliel made reconnaissances in 1648 for property from their respective late wives Jaquemaz and Jeanne Vuichoud, and many of the properties mentioned seem quite similar. However, it appears that the bulk of the property had been held in common at the time of the prior reconnaissance, circa 1592, among Jean, Pierre, Isaac, Jaques, Vincent, Amay, and Michel Vuychoud alias du Boschet of Sâles, their relationship not stated. Therefore, Jaquemaz and Jeanne could conceivably be as distantly related as second or even third cousins.
The record of her marriage to Adam Dufour appears to have been lost. Adam's first wife was still alive on 25 mar 1614, and most of the marriage records for 1615 in the parish of Montreux are missing.
She was dead by 21 jun 1648, when her husband Gamaliel Dufour made a "reconnaissance" for property inherited by her children (ACV Fe 150, fol. 332v).

He might be the Jaques son of Odet Vuichod of Sâles who was baptised at Montreux 28 oct 1610. However, it is also possible he is the Jaques son of the late Isaac Vuichod of Sâles who was a sponsor at the same baptism. The first indication of his office as "Lieutenant au Châtelard" is found in a baptism on 28 jan 1655. He was still alive in 1666.
Sponsors at his baptism included "Monsieur le Lieutenant Vuichod son pčre (in other words, the grandfather of the infant) et Françoise sa fille".
