Her will is in book "FF 6", p. 44, Cecil Co., MD, dated 05 oct 1795. The will mentions land callled "McCay's Purchase", on the Susquehannah River. Heirs are son William, daughter Easter wife of Robert Rowland, daughter Ann wife of Robert Love, son John McCoy junior, daughter Margaret Gordin, daughter Jean wife of Peter Nossinger, unmarried daughters Agnes, Elizabeth, Frances, and Catrain (Catherine). The residual heir was her son James McCay, presumably the eldest son.
Her testament was recorded by the notary Petrus Moron (père) on 02 jul 1462 (ACV Dp 71/1, fol. 51v). She was the widow of Johannodus de Issy, and had since remarried to Johannes Gumuens, a notary whose registers have not survived, although many transactions he recorded are attested by copies. Her heirs included a daughter Jaqueta de Issy and a sister Anthonia, wife of Anthonius de Planchia. By 1465, Jaqueta had died (same register, fol. 78v), but another daughter of Francesia is named, but by which husband is not stated: Phillisia wife of Johannes de Pont.
Widow is named in the verbal will of Pierre Mayor. No other information has been located.
