The wife of Charles Gilbert McDougall is listed in family notes as Anna Mary Patten of Sandwich, IL. She appears to be the same person as the daughter of William Patten b. 1860, and thus sister of Jennie Patten.

In 1910, long after the death of her second husband, she was living with her son-in-law Philip H. Lunt in Kansas City, Missouri, as Mary Reedy, age 67, widowed, mother of three children, only one living, born in Kentucky, parents born in Scotland and Kentucky. Her death certificate, for which the information was Philip Lunt, indicates that her father's name was William Patterson, and that she was born in Danville, Kentucky.
Did she have a daughter Margaret? One source assigns Margaret Jane Reedy here, the one who married Elias Sassman, but without any dates or other information. However, this seems to be incorrect. The Margaret who married Elias was, from other sources, the one born 19 aug 1831 in Mifflin, Pennsylvania, and died 28 nov 1911 at Marengo, McHenry Co., Illinois. The same source shows Elias Sassman born 12 jun 1828 in Pennsylvania, and died at Marengo 22 dec 1872. This version appears to be correct.
