She had a brother Jean Daniel Monachon who appeared at a baptism in 1736.
She is mentioned in several transactions in 1628 recorded by Claude Vuargne, notary at Morges, after the death of her husband. One of these transactions gives the names of her sons.
In the marriage contract of her daughter Claudia or Claudaz, she is called dame Françoise Monedo. However, the marriage contract of her daughter Octavia calls her Louise. The surname may also have been spelled Moneta, Monerat, etc., but some of the possible spellings are found in secondary indexes and may be misreadings.
The marriage contracts of her daughters seem to indicate that, at the time of their marriages, 1587-1588, they were living with their uncle, who was acting as their guardian, and that their mother was not present. In fact, since it was only their uncle who gave his approval for the marriage contracts, it seems likely that their mother had already died, and that none of their siblings had reached the age of majority. The wording of the marriage contracts on this point is ambiguous; it speaks of the "late father and mother" of Octavia and Claudia, but does not specify whether the mother is living or deceased.

Name appears in one index as Monerat, also Monedo in various documents, but there is one very clear statement, "Stefano Moneta d'Androgna", at the Italian Church of Geneva. Stefano is identified as the maternal uncle of Octavia Ferrari in a document relating to her marriage settlement. The reference to Androgna (modern Angrogna, in the Valle Pellice) is important: it was here that the Waldensians established their churches around 1555. He was definitely living in Geneva in 1587 and 1588, when the marriage contracts of his nieces Octavia and Claudia were signed at his house. He was still alive in 1594, when his son Giovanni was baptised at the Italian Church in Geneva. In 1587 he is described as a "habitant" of Geneva. By the end of 1605, he had died.
Unless there were two men of the same name in Geneva at that time, both from Angrogne, he is apparently also the Estienne Monnet, espinglier and habitant of Geneva, from Angrongne, who married Clauda Billier of Troyes-en-Champagne (receipt of marriage settlement recorded by Etienne de Monthouz, notary, vol. 8, fol. 136v, 10 mar 1591—the handwriting of this notary is very difficult, and the document has not been completely deciphered, apart from the fact that it clearly names the fathers of both parties). The church record of the marriage has not yet been located, but the settlement appears to say that it had already been celebrated a little more than four months previously ("dès environ quatre moys en ça"), thus in November or December of 1590. The marriage record does not appear in the indexes that cover the Eglise réformée in Geneva, but it might be in one of the outlying parishes, or perhaps in the Italian church of Geneva, hiding under some unexpected or illegible spelling.

Several spellings of the surname are found in Geneva. The spelling Monedo is very clear, and repeated, in the marriage contract of Claudaz de Ferrariis and Jean Antoine Moussin (Jean Jovenon, notary, vol. 6, fols. 425-426, AEG). The spelling is Monnet in the marriage record of his son Stephano or Etienne, so far the only record that includes his given name.

Death record says the had reached a very advanced age, and that her husband Pierre Dutoit (!) had bourgeois status in both Vevey and Moudon. All prior records give her husband's name as Jaques. The compiled genealogies of de Montet at the Archives Communales de Vevey give her age at death as 73 years.
