A reconnaissance in the terrier ACV Fm 3, a volume of rents payable to the church of Corcelles-près-Payerne, fol. B49v, and dated 20 apr 1419, concerns property of Anthonius Ruerat for which the rent was bequeathed to the church by Jaqueta uxor quondam Johannis de Planchia mater Francesie uxoris dicti Anthonii Ruerat. Thus, Anthonius and Francesia were married before 1419, and Jaqueta had already died.

His testament is summarized in ACV Fm 3, a terrier for rents payable to the church of Corcelles-près-Payerne, fol. B56, dated veneris post Pasca 1388 (=03 apr 1388) and recorded by Johannes de Brenles. He names as his universal heirs his sons Anthonius and Johannes, and among his executors, his brother Jaquetus.
In the registers of the notary Petrus de Trevaul (ACV Dp 108/1, fol. 46), there is a transaction whereby Petrus Mareschet notarius burgensis Paterniaci owes Oliverius Ruerat de Corcellis burgensis dicti loci, a "cense" concerning Franciscus his brother, for unam falcatum prati situm in finagio Paterniaci en Frebona juxta pratum Nycoleti de la Planchy de Corcelles ab oriente, pratum Johnannis dicti Roncinet dicti loci ab occidente..., also (?) a "cense" that is owed to Petrus by Valencia and Francesia filie quondam Jaqueti Chollet de Corcellis, 25 may 1408, with other provisions. In the same register, attached at fol. 80, there is another transaction apparently involving this family, Jaquetus dictus Bonfil (Bonfils) de Ruery filius quondam Nycoleti dicti Bonfil alias dicti Clerc dicti loci et Johannete filie quondam Jaquineti (see below for the difficulties of reading this name) dicti Ruerat de Corcellis prope Paterniaci quondam conjugum filius, owes a "cense" to Oliverius filius quondam Jaqueti filii Perrodi filii Jaquenodi Ruerat dicti loci..., several properties involved, many names mentioned. This document is torn in two, but both pieces are attached, dated 16 feb 1409. The information takes the lineage of Oliverius back three more generations, but it is not clear how the Jaquinetus Ruerat who was the father of Johanneta, wife of Nycoletus Bonfils alias Clerc connects to Oliverius. (The name rendered here as Jaquineti is abbreviated by the addition of a sign similar to a circumflex over the q, Jaq̂neti, which looks identical to Jaqueti in the cursive script of the period except for the presence of the abbreviation symbol.) In the records of this period, similar names, such as Jaquenetus and Jaquenodus, is frequently encountered. The most likely explanation in this case, considering the context, is that Jaquenetus and Jaquenodus are in fact the same person.
By 31 jul 1412 (in the same register of Petrus de Trevaul, fol. 142), Oliverius had died and his brother Franciscus had assumed title to his properties.
