Will indicates substantial income from estate of her father (not named). She gives interest on $1000 to her mother Mary Malony of Philadelphia, PA, for the remainder of her life, principal then to be split between her son Loid Elmore and Catharine Louise Whiteside, and $500 to her husband Robert. Then she names George and James Van Buskirk (sons of her sister-in-law Caroline), & Allvia Susana Harvey, each to receive $100 upon reaching majority (21 for the boys, 18 for Allvia). The remainder to Loid Elmore & Catherine Louise (Catherine's relationship not stated).
A transcript from the Orphans' Court of Philadelphia, PA, 1851, introduces more complications:
As of 18 aug 1851, James Molony of Philadelphia has died intestate, leaving real estate in Upper Merion Tp., Montgomery Co., PA.
James had been married to Anne Moore, who was already dead.
James had children and grandchildren as follows:
1. John D. Molony, deceased, no widow A. Elizabeth I. Molony, deceased, husband John J. Cafferty i. Julian B. Cafferty B. John Molony C. Ann Molony, married John J. Cafferty (see above) D. Stewart Molony 2. Sarah Molony, deceased, husband John J. Breban A. Cornelia N. Breban, adult B. James M. Breban, minor 3. Daniel Molony, deceased, widow Mary A. Mary Molony, married Anthony J. Trimmer B. Danial Molony C. Ann, married Michael Summers; but insertion dated January 5, 1852 says Ann M. Summers has died, and that Loyd Elmore Whiteside and Catharine Louisa Whiteside are the divisees of Ann M. Summers, represented by their guardian Philip M. Price of Philadelphia! D. Thomas Molony E. James Molony F. Samuel Molony, minor G. Edward Molony, minor 4. Joshua Molony 5. Thomas J. Molony 6. Ann Molony, married Charles J. Thomas 7. Mary Molony, married Justice Cox
It seems likely that the death of James Molony, or at least of Daniel Molony his son, father of Ann Molony, may have occurred somewhat earlier than the proceedings noted above. It is possible, therefore, that Ann Molony was still married to Michael Summers at the time the proceedings began, and that both Catherine Louisa and Lloyd Elmore Whiteside are in fact her children, as well as the heirs designated in her will. It is also possible, apparently, that Ann is not the mother of Catherine Louise, but that both Catherine Louise and Lloyd Elmore inherit from her according to the terms of her will. It may be possible to figure this out, if the death date of Michael Summers (or indeed, any other fact of his existence!) can be found.
The record of her will was in one of the volumes destroyed in the fire in the Hamilton County, Ohio courthouse in 1884, but the original will and the papers relating to the probate survived. The will was therefore re-recorded in what is now Will Record volume 15, pp. 405-407, as described below:
[Will Record 15, pp. 405-407, Hamilton County, Ohio. Re-recorded will of Anne Isabella Whiteside, deceased.]

It appearing to the Court from the testimony so taken that said Will was duly executed and attested, and that the testatrix at the time of executing the same was of full age, sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint, the Court now admits said Will to probate and orders the same together with the testimony to be recorded according to the Statute in such cases made and provided. It is further ordered by the Court that said Will and the probate thereof be re-recorded, and the same is now done and that said record have the same force and effect as said original record. Herman P. Gaekel, Probate Judge.
There is a marriage record, Hamilton Co., Ohio, vol. A21, p. 379, for the marriage license of Robert Whiteside and Isabella Balona (!), 17 apr 1849, and the marriage return, 22 apr 1849, celebrated by Benjamin Graves. However, from the startlingly uniform handwriting and the gaps in the information on some records, this volume may well be one of the reconstructions made after one of the court house fires in Cincinnati, and the name Balona would well be a guess made from a damaged original.

His burial is recorded at La Mure, witnessed by his brothers-in-law Jacob Empereur and Salomon Bonnet. Also at La Mure, the surviving records of the protestant congregation record the marriage of his daughter Judith to Pierre Borel (22 nov 1674) and mention a number of other relatives.

Marriage contract recorded by Sebastien Bourgeois, notary at Lausanne, 25 aug 1688 (ACV DG 38). Pierre Malvieux, marchande de La Mure en Dauphiné, presently living at Yverdon, son of the late David Malvieux, marchand de La Mure, was accompanied by Jean Genevois, marchand de La Mure living at Morges, his brother-in-law, and by Sr. Gratian Imbert, marchand de Corb (Corps) en Dauphiné living at Yverdon. The bride, Susanne Barrier, daughter of the late Jean Louis Barrier of Valence en Dauphiné was accompanied by David DeMont, marchand de Lyon living at Lausanne, her relative. DeMont presented a "missive" addressed to him by Susanne Savoyen, mother of the bride, dated 30 aug 1688 "stile nouveau" (France had already made the calendar change, and so the date of 30 aug 1688 would have been 19 aug 1688 in Switzerland).
The family is on the 1698 list of French refugees at Lausanne: Pierre Malvieux age 36, his wife Susanne Barrier age 32, six children David Jean Louis 8, François Simon 6, Matthieu 4, Susanne 3, Anne Izabeau 2, and Henriette 1.
