If we have identified the Pierre son of the late Jaques Mayor of Ballens who is mentioned in the 1580 testament of Jaques Baudin of Mollens, then Pernon must have died and Jaques remarried to George, aunt of that Jaques Baudin. There does not seem to be another Jaques Mayor of Ballens who could fit this description.
