Family tree on MyHeritage.com (Osburn family tree) indicates that she had one child born Victor raised as Anderson, and four Starkey children. However, census and other records show the correct order and parentage of her children. Her name is usually given as Phyllis Eileen, but the license for her first marriage, as well as the birth certificate for her first child, is clear, the middle name is written Ellene.
In the 1950 census, the family is as follows: Living at 7549 4th Ave. NE, Seattle, WA, Fred E. Starkey Jr., age 23, b. Oregon; wife Phyllis E. Starkey, age 27, b. Washington; Ronald G. Olson, step-son, age 9, b. Washington; Pamaela Victor, step-daughter, age 3, b. Washington; and a roomer, Clarence W. Loan age 49..
[6324] According to Cem. of Brown Co., IL p. 561, Grizzellah is the sister of Samuel's first wife.

[6323] notice of probate in newspaper from West Union appeared 09nov1824. Notes William Pillson Sr. of Scott Tp. deceased, executor is James Mulligan. This Mulligan is probably the same Millegan who m. Mary Pilson 16aug1814.
still living - details excluded
One likely Pinet family is found in the records of the protestant church at Annonay. George Pinet, cordonnier, and his wife Isabeau Cottier, appear as parents of at least a couple children around 1610. There are gaps in the baptisms, 1606-1608 and 1610-1613. There is also mention at the baptism of their son Pierre in 1605 of Louise Villedieu, wife of Jean Pinet. There are a few Pinet families at Lyon, perhaps worth exploring. Probably the most likely possibility so far discovered is André Pinet and his wife Marie Blachon of St.Etienne-en-Forez (Loire). The protestants of this town are frequently mentioned in the surviving registers of Annonay and Boulieu-lès-Annonay. The first son of Anne Pinet and Barthelemi Johannot was named André. André Pinet and his wife Marie Blachon are mentioned 1610-1613 in the "Livre de Mémoire" of André Peyretier (AD Loire 512, Collection Chaleyer), which also mentions several members of the Boulioud family, apparently connected through Peyretier's wife Claire Croppet. André Peyretier was a notary, as his father had been, as well as an elder in the protestant church at St. Rambert. However, by about 1620 the persecutions of the protestants had become so serious that the family had to go to St. Marcellin, Boulieu, Lyon, or St. Etienne for baptisms.
Anne and Catherine Pinet were sisters, according to family notes provided by Louis Johannot. Neither of the Johannot-Pinet marriages has been located, perhaps indicating that the Pinet family we seek is not from Annonay. Might it be the one from Lyon?
