He may be the Daniel Vullyamoz noted as a student in philosophy in 1652, on the occasion of a baptism at Lausanne, and naming also his sister Jeanne Marie. Unfortunately, no such sister is known, in this or any of the other Vullyamoz families of that generation!
His holograph testament is dated 04 jun 1671, but the date of probate was not given when it was copied into the register of testaments of Lausanne, apparently in 1688:

Au nom de Dieu Amen, A tous soit notoire comme Je Daniel Wllyamoz docteur es droits Citoyen de Lausanne estant par la grace de Dieu de bonne constitution de corps et d'esprit, considerant que la mort nous est aussi asseurée que l'heure d'icelle incognue, et qu'il est avantageux d'y prevenir plustost que d'en estre prevenus, c'est pourquoy je me suis proposé de faire la disposition presente de mes dernieres volontés touchant les biens qu'il a plû a Dieu me departie en sa benediction apres avoir recommandé mon ame à Dieu mon Createur qu'il luy plaise la recepvoir en sa misericorde et la revestir de la justice tres parfaite de Jesus Christ mon unique saveur et redempteur mort pour mes pechés ressuscité pour ma justification pour entrer en son royaume celeste en attendant la bien heureuse ressurrection de ses esleus, en oultre je donne et legue aux pauvres la somme de cinquante florins à distribuer aux pauvres de chasque banniere apres mon decez. Et d'autant que le chef de tous bons et valides testaments est l'institution d'heritiers, à cest effect j'ay nommé et nomme pour mes vrays et legitimes heritiers en tous mes biens assavoir Jeane Abigail, Pierre, et Pierre Daniel Wllyamoz mes bien aimés enfans et autres si Dieu m'en benit pour eux et leurs legittimes successeurs prerogeant toutesfois mes masles de ce que la loy me peut permettre et ma fillie Abigail de trois cents florins au-delà de sa legitime, substituans aussi mesdits masles les uns aux autres mourans sans laisser enfans legitimes et arrivant qu'il plût à Dieu d'appeler à soy tous mesdits masles sans laisser enfans en ce cas je donne et legue à chasque masle de mes freres parvenants au St. Estat de mariage à chascun la somme de cents florins pp. pour marque de l'affection que j'ay pour eux et suyvant la confiance que j'ay en ma tres chere et bien aimée femme de l'affection qu'elle ha pour moy et pour mes bien aimés enfans, je la nomme mere tutrice et curatrice de mesdits enfans pendant sa viduité et ce sans aucun compte rendre moyennant le convenable entretien de mesdits enfans et biens et en les acquittant avec leurs renthes de toutes censes tant de celles qui se trouveront dheues avant son administration que pendant icelle. Et pour faciliter de tant plus le gouvernement de ma tres chere et bien aimée femme, je prie mes freres et beaufreres Baud d'Orbe la vouloir favoriser de leurs conseils et advis en cas de besoin, suyvant la confiance que j'ay en leur sincere amitié, et s'agissant apres mon decez de faire inventaire de mes effects et distinction des effects de ma tres chere femme d'avec ceux de mes enfans. Je prie de choisir la voye de parents reciproques plustost que d'importuner la Chambre establye pour les Orphelins, annullans par le present testament tous autres que je pourois avoir fait cy devant voulant et entendant y estre adjoutée foye pleniere, en tesmoignage de quoy l'ay signé de ma signature ord[inai]re et cacheté de mon cachet accoustumé ce 4e Juin 1671.

Apparently, he is the one who married Susanne Secrétan, although the evidence is very indirect: At the baptism of his son Michel Balthazard in 1683, the name of Daniel's wife is not given, but the sponsor is Michel Secrétan. At a later baptism, 1687, sponsors are Jean Philippe Wllyamoz "son frère" and Marguerite Wllyamoz "sa soeur", plausibly the brother and sister of the father rather than of the infant. Oddly, the given names of several of his children are not recorded in their baptismal entries.
His testament is dated 28 dec 1713, with further testimony by the widow when it was probated at Lausanne 11 dec 1714. It names his son Jean Philippe Vullyamoz, daughters Anne and Salomé, unnamed wife, brother Jean Philippe Vullyamoz, and uncle Jean Vullyamoz chatelaine de Crissier. The daughters Anne and Salomé must be the ones whose names were not given in the baptismal records, and we suppose that they were named in the testament in the order of their births.

Apparently the Daniel who, in 1732, is mentioned as Lieutenant, son of Jean François Vullyamoz the Procureur Fiscal, with a house on the Rue de Bourg (Sebastien Buttex, notary at Lausanne, 17 aug 1732). There were at least two Daniel Vullyamoz who were cited as Capitaine.
His testament (ACV Bg 13bis/10 fol. 148) is dated 05 jan 1758, with codicils of 12 apr 1762, 10 may 1769, and 30 may 1769, probated 02 mar 1770. It names his daughter Jeanne Françoise wife of Ferdinand Dind, daughter Jeanne wife of Monsieur D'Etallents (=DesTallens, mention "un traité soit chicanne" of 17 apr 1757), daughter Helene Rose widow of Monsieur Vallon, and his late wife Susanne Bocquin (her donation 15 apr 1754, receue Egrège Courlat).
He is probably not the Daniel Vullyamoz, Capitaine, whose wife was Marie Vullyamoz. That man had a nephew Abraham Etienne Vullyamoz.
