He is cited (as Stephanus de Solerio) in the terrier ACV Fh 130, circa 1477, for the Confrérie d'Aubonne (fols. 120, 120v, and 81v). His connection to the Billiard and Dutruict families is explained in the terrier Fh 211, 20 dec 1567 (fols. 30v and 37).
In the terrier Fh 9, there is an item on fol. 127, in the reconnaissance of the noble fief of Nobilis Petrus de Lavignier, dated 29 oct 1507, as follows:
Item, quatuor solidos bone monete cursalis eidem nobili confitenti anno quolibet termino festi Beati Michaelis debitis per Petrum Begoz et Nycolletum Begoz eius nepotem necnon Rodulphum Damonz, Johannetam eius uxorem filiam quondam Johannis du Marterey, et etiam filiam Collete filie quondam Martini Escuallier ac Petrum du Marterey eiusdem Johannete fratrem acque Petrum Sergier habitatorem de Monterod et Michaelem eius filium per ipsum et Alexiam eius quondam uxorem filiam quondam Petri Ros alias Savariet, et Bernardam uxorem Claudii de Gebennis alias Billiard filiam quondam Stephani de Sollerio de Monterod pro uno masso nemoris sito in territorio de Montherod loco dicto en laz Sendelliriz ? juxta aquam vocatam Sendelliriz ? a juria, terram dicti nobilis confitentis a lacu, nemus dicti nobilis confitentis quaram ? molari de Danoz ? a borea, nemus dictorum Escuellier a vento, quenquidem massum nemoris tenent dicti censerii a dicto confitente sub dicto censu vigore cuiusdam albergamenti dictis Petro Begoz, Martino Escuellier, Petro Ros, et Stephano de Sollerio per Johannem et Claudium de Lavignyer domicellos facti introgio centum solidorum et pro censu dictis quatuor solidis ut constat instrumento per Discretum Johannem Fongalleti notarium recepto sub anno domini millesimo quatercentesimo sexagesimo septimo et die prima mensis aprilis (01 apr 1467) et per Discretum Mermetus de Bassins notarium et commissarium prothocollorum eiusdem Johannis Fonjalleti levato et signato decenter laudato et confirmato.
From this we see that Stephanus de Sollerio was still living, and an adult, in 1467, and that his daughter Bernarda had married prior to 1507.
