Her name is given by Benoit de Diesbach-Belleroche on is internet site of Familles Fribourgeoises. She is mentioned by her first name several times in the records of the notaries of Fribourg, but in 1487, the widow of "Petri Faulcon Secret. Villo" is called Johannetta (AEF summary inventory of records of the notary Antoine Mursing).
He married first, Ann, daughter of Henry Smith and granddaughter to William Pynchon of Springfield, by whom he had six daughters; his second wife, who survived him, was Hannah, daughter of George Lamberton and widow of Samuel Welles of Wethersfield.
