Marginal notation after the baptism says she is "at present wife of Gabriel Gind (?) of Saubraz". This name might also be read Gru in other records at Gimel. This notation was probably made by Jaques Beaudry, minister at Gimel 1600-1609. The record of this marriage has not yet been located. However, there is a document dated 07 jan 1599 (Claude Mayor, notary, ACV DB 26/8 fol. 97v) in which Gabriel Chambat of Saulbré acknowledges receipt of a marriage settlement from his father-in-law Abraham, and Chambat's wife's name is given as Jaqueme. This would seem to be the same Gabriel, and Gru or similar was apparently an alias.
