The marriage of Louis Brevet and Justine Emily Flotron in Floyd Co., Indiana, and the discovery of their tombstones there, greatly increases our confidence that we have found the François Louis Flotron who is mentioned at Vevay, Indiana 1819-1820. While the transcript of Emily's tombstone is clearly incorrect (it says she is from the Canton of "Berme", for example), she is the right age for the one who was baptised at St. Imier in 1811.
